At Push Plastic, we stand by the quality of our 3D printing filaments and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened or defective items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original vacuum-sealed packaging and include a copy of your packing slip with the RMA number clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you retain a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
